Our Community Standards
To maintain a safe and supportive home for all residents, we ask everyone to commit to living drug and alcohol free, participating in household chores, completing a drug test upon move-in, and agreeing to random testing throughout your stay.
Room & Neighbor Expectations
Rooms are shared between at least two residents. Prescription medications must be stored in a personal safe at all times. We take pride in our home and neighborhood — kindness and respect for those around you is expected always.
